You are allowed to change player roles using Y or Triangle (for example CMF to DMF, CF to SS).

Mid-Season Deadline:
Every Season will have a Mid-Season deadline date. By the mid-season checkpoint, every player should have played at least one match against every opponent. This checkpoint exists to make sure the league table fairly reflects everyone’s progress going into the second half of the season.
If you are only missing one or two fixtures, there is no issue and no action will be taken.
Players who are significantly behind schedule, have given no notice, and show no effort to catch up may receive a –1 point deduction for each unplayed first-half fixture, or be removed from the league.
Getting points back:
These deductions are not permanent.
For every missed first-half fixture that is later completed, the point will be restored.
Only first-half fixtures count toward restoring points.
Second-half fixtures do not remove deductions.
End-of-Season Deadline:
The end-of-season deadline is final.
No extensions will be granted.
Any fixtures still unplayed at the final deadline will be resolved automatically using the rules below.
This ensures the season finishes fairly and consistently for all players, without disputes or manual decisions.
At the end of every season, any fixtures that have not been played are resolved automatically. This system exists to avoid disputes and to keep the league fair for active players.
How unplayed matches are handled depends on how active each player has been during the season.
Inactive Player Rule:
If a player has completed less than 50% of their league matches by the final deadline, they are considered inactive.
All of that player’s league results will be voided and recorded as 1–0 losses.
The player will also be removed from the league.
If a match was already played and resulted in a loss by more than one goal, the original goal difference will remain to reward the active opponent.
More Active Player Rule:
This applies when both players have completed more than 50% of their matches, but a fixture remains unplayed.
If one player has played two or more matches than the other, the more active player is awarded a 1–0 win.
This rewards consistent activity across the season.
Similar Activity:
If both players have played the same number of matches, or the difference between them is one match or less, the fixture is recorded as a 1–1 draw.
This prevents players from gaining an advantage by avoiding a fixture.
Final league positions determine qualification for post-season cup competitions, including the Champions Cup, Continental Cup, and Conference Cup.
The Horizon Cup is a separate knockout competition featuring top teams from the Asia–Pacific and Americas regions.
All cups are straight knockout tournaments played after the league season ends and crown their own champions.
First offence: Warning
Second offence: points deduction
Third Offence: removal from the league
Inactive for 10+ days with no notice = withdrawn.
Withdraw from the league, your results become 1–0 losses (both withdrawn = 0–0).
Can I use free-to-play players?
Yes, as long as they are not Epic, Big Time, or Showtime.
I only have Double Booster managers. What now?
Use a GP manager or purchase a single-booster manager.
Am I allowed a different formation in Sub Tactics?
Yes - as long as it’s another default formation.
We understand that you can’t select a default formation directly from the Sub Tactic screen, but it must replicate a default setup as closely as possible, and a small margin of error is fine. However, you must not drag players outside of their natural positions (for example, moving an AMF up into a SS).
What do I do if I catch someone breaking the rules?
Record or screenshot anything you see as a rule break and report it to staff on Discord.
Can I move any players slightly on the gameplan?
No. For fairness everyone must use the exact default formation with no dragging.
